Itinerary

On arrival, you’ll be met by your private driver
and taken to your hotel. After settling in, start
exploring this lovely capital.

Reykjavik is an easy city to explore on foot or
bike. Feel the fresh air on your face with a visit
the harbour and perhaps enjoy a food tour of
this small capital. You could also do the ‘Inside
the Volcano’ or ‘Inside the Glacier’ tour.

Pick up your hire car at 9.00am in the morning.
and explore the Golden Circle: erupting hot
springs at Geysir, Gullfoss waterfalls and
Þingvellir National Park. These two-tiered
waterfalls are spectacular and Þingvellir is one
of the most visited sites in Iceland where you
can become better acquainted with Iceland’s
history and traditions.

Spend two nights at the Fosshotel Glacier
Lagoon where you have time to explore two of
Iceland’s most spectacular natural attractions; a
hiker’s paradise.

Be surprised by the small village of
FÁSKRÚGSFJÖRGUR, on the east coast, renowned
for its magnificent landscape and strong French history. Thousands of French sailors lost their
lives in 100-plus shipwrecks along the coast.

Head north to Lake Mývatn’s eastern shore
for two days exploring this otherworldly area,
a hotbed of volcanic landscapes. Soak in a
geothermal pool, a great way to relax and enjoy
the midnight sun.

Drive via Akureyri to Siglufjörður, where you
could go whale watching, hiking, or have a
fabulous meal along the pier.

Head to Snæfellsjökull National Park, Iceland’s
first and whose boundaries of which reach into
the sea. Your boutique hotel is on the water’s
edge, with a lovely restaurant. Take a short walk
to visit the extremely picturesque church in
Búðir, just a short walk from the hotel.

This morning, make your way to the Blue
Lagoon, the ultimate hot spring experience. Set
in the heart of a stunning lava landscape, Silica
Hotel is a just ten-minute walk from the Blue
Lagoon and has its own private bathing lagoon,

Drop your car at the airport and fly out.
