Itinerary

Welcome at Delhi Airport for hotel
transfer and then head off to explore.

Tour Old Delhi today, including the
Jama Masjid and Chandni Chowk. You’ll also
see the Red Fort. Afternoon drive to Agra. (B)

This morning visit the immortal Taj
Mahal and later explore Agra Fort, on the
banks of the River Yamuna. (B)

Drive to the little-known heritage town
of Karauli. Along the way stop at Fatehpur
Sikri, Akbar’s deserted city. (B)

Spend the morning exploring Karauli
and surrounds. It’s a very old town and
the City Palace is of particular interest. The
afternoon is free for optional activities.

Drive to Jaipur, arriving in the late
afternoon. This evening take a stroll through
the night bazaars. (B)

Visit the flower and vegetable markets
and then continue to Amber Fort. In the
afternoon see the Hawa Mahal, the excellent
City Palace Museum and Jantar Mantar
observatory. (B)

A free day. There are some interesting options available, including a hot air balloon trip, an elephant safari or a game of golf! (B)

Drive to Bijainagar, a little-known
town where there’s a charming and romantic
heritage hotel. Spend the afternoon exploring
your surroundings. (B)

Drive to Udaipur, stopping enroute
to visit the celebrated Rajput fortress at
Chittorgarh. (B)

In Udaipur visit the splendid City
Palace, Jaqdish Temple and the gardens of
Saheliyon-Ki-Bari. Free afternoon. (B)

Drive to Jodhpur via Ranakpur, and
visit the extensive Jain temple complex.
Reach Jodhpur by late afternoon. (B)

The exquisite Meherengarh Fort
towers above the ‘blue city’ of Jodhpur and
is Jodhpur’s premier attraction. Later there’s
time to explore the bazaar. (B)

Drive to Jaisalmer, one of
Rajasthan’s most exotic and unusual
destinations. (B)

Visit Jaisalmer Fort, see the
beautiful, historic havelis and take a stroll
through the winding streets inside the fort.
The afternoon is at leisure. (B)

Drive to Bikaner, noted for its
beautiful architecture. In the afternoon
takje a horse-cart ride through the old town
seeing many fine buildings and the majestic
Junagarh Fort. (B)

Alsisar, a quaint village in the heart of
the Shekhawati district, boasts some of the
finest painted havelis in the region. Spend
the afternoon discovering the town. (B)

Drive back to Delhi, to your hotel. (B)

Enjoy a morning tour of New
Delhi including Qutb Minar, India Gate, the
Parliament Buildings and the President’s
House. The rest of the day is free. Evening
transfer to the airport. (B)
