Named the 8th Wonder of the World, Torres del Paine is a UNESCO Heritage site featuring endless breathtaking landscapes, and this trek gives you 4 days to appreciate them.
The W is the W derives its name from the shape formed when joining the circuit’s main trails. It could easily also stand for Wondrous, as you are well rewarded with spectacular scenery on each of the walks.
WHAT MAKES THIS DELUXE?
Your accommodation is the best possible in each location. Las Torres is a great lodge, in a great spot at the trail head of the Base of the Towers path. We give you two nights here so you can do the Towers hike and return to the hotel instead of having to take your packs and move on to the next place straight away.
Cabanas Los Cuernos are about 4.5 hours trekking from Las Torres. The place has a spectacular view of Los Cuernos and Nordenskjöld Lake. It is the perfect place to recover energies after the Base of Towers and prepare for the French Valley. Each private cabin has a pot belly fire to keep you nice and toasty.
During your four-day, 76km journey, you will see the park’s most important landmarks, including the Torres Lookout, the Cuernos Lodge and its visiting condors, the constant murmurs of the Francés Glacier, and the much-anticipated finale at the Grey Glacier.
This trip in self-guided along well marked trails using the best accommodation in each location.
