Starting with a visit to Cusco and spend a few days exploring the Sacred Valley deep within Andes.

There are several highly renowned archaeological sites within proximity, along with the cobbled walkways and colonial buildings, Cusco allows you to experience the rich history of this fascinating corner of the world.

Then there are those ancient ruins to explore, as well as Machu Picchu. Peru is home to an extensive range of historical monuments, as you can appreciate, Peru has a long and interesting history, beginning well pre-Spanish conquest.

Ollantaytambo, in the Sacred Valley of the Incas is a great base to explore from. The Pisac and Chinchero markets, are the best places to purchase local art and handicrafts, and there are plenty of trekking options including long and short Inca Trail options.
